SPORTS DAY FOR PRIMITIVE TRIBAL CHILDREN AT KHED BLOCK

Conducting regular sports activities for the last 5 years. Supporting children from the Katkari (Primitive Tribal Community). Promoting Physical fitness and mental well-being. Building confidence, discipline, and teamwork. Encouraging leadership and holistic development.

EDUCATIONAL BOOKS DISTRIBUTION IN Z.P SCHOOL.

Every year, we organize an awareness rally in rural villages to highlight the importance of education and motivate parents and children toward regular schooling. On this occasion, we also distribute essential educational materials to needy students from Zilla Parishad schools, ensuring they receive the basic support required to continue their studies with confidence and dignity.

A Mobile Health Service Van provided comprehensive health services, including general check-ups, ear examination, eye check-ups, dental check-ups, and medicine distribution. Services were provided to elderly people, adults, and school-going children.

INTEGRATED CLEAN ENERGY & SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD INITIATIVE

Promote Education And Community Empowerment promotes community-based renewable energy and sustainable livelihood solutions to improve the quality of life of tribal and rural communities in Pune District. The initiative integrates Solar Energy, Biogas, and Vermicompost systems to address energy poverty, environmental degradation, and livelihood challenges simultaneously.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Solar Energy Solutions: Installation of solar lighting systems for households and community facilities to ensure reliable and clean electricity for education, health services, and small enterprises.
  • Biogas Units: Conversion of animal and organic waste into clean cooking fuel, reducing dependence on firewood, improving household health, and lowering carbon emissions.
  • Vermicompost Units: Promotion of organic waste management through vermicomposting to produce natural fertilizer, improve soil fertility, and enhance farmers’ income.
  • Community Participation: Capacity building and awareness programs to ensure community ownership, sustainability, and adoption of renewable energy solutions.
  • Environmental Protection: Reduction of pollution, improved waste management, and promotion of climate-friendly practices in rural and tribal areas.
